President of Panem, 19 years old, Alexander Ludwig

For the president of Panem, you can make up any name of your own. He's a kind of guy that loves the Games, is a jerk to some people, kind to some people, and plain himself to some people. He doesn't have too many friends because he's President, but he could make them easily if he wanted. He can definitely fight when needed, but he prefers no fighting, except during the Games. He always makes an appearance at some of the Districts Reapings. The young President is only 19. He has no siblings, is an only child, yet isn't as spoiled as you might think he is. He has good personality and character, but that gets skipped over when you see how he talks about the Games.
